About This Event

In this session of the Web & Graphic Design course at H.A.N.A, participants were introduced to semantic HTML and learned how to organize a webpage following a standard, readable structure.

During the session, students explored:
• The importance of semantic HTML for creating understandable web pages that are also optimized for SEO
• How to use key elements such as <header>, <nav>, <main>, <section>, <article>, <aside>, and <footer>
• How to embed video, audio, and external content using <iframe> and <embed>
• How to build an organized and functional structure for various types of content

Participants applied their skills by creating a complete webpage with a menu, sections, articles, quotes, and an informative footer, making their sites clearer, more functional, and professional.
